Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
- All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items MUST still have the original tags on them. No exceptions.
- Merchandise must be in original condition. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or has been damaged by you will not be taken back.
- All returns will be processed within 3-6 days. You will be issued a credit by email to be used on a future purchase. The credit amount will be for the cost of the item plus any taxes paid.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If you ship back items that don't meet our Return Policy you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to get back to you. If you choose not to pay, the items will be donated to charity in 30 days.
- All clearance, sale, flash sale, or discount merchandise is a FINAL SALE. No returns will be approved.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
EXCHANGES
- Due to limited quantities we are unable to guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a credit to be used in the future. Please be advised all returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
- If you believe you have received a damaged item we must be notified within 3 days of delivery to you. If we are not notified within 3 days then the item will not qualify for a return or replacement.
